Volunteering
Volunteering is fun and exciting. Come join your friends and family as we build the Fort Wildflower Playground together! Not sure how you can help? No problem. It takes a lot of helping hands to build this Playground and we have lots of ways you can help.
Construction week
The week of construction* we will build the entire playground. During that time we will need:
- Captains: Able to work all day, every day
- Skilled workers: able to cut a straight line with a circular saw
- Unskilled workers
- Sanding/shoveling
- Carpentry
- Check out and in tools and supplies
- Volunteer check-in table
- Child Care
- Food Preparation
- Art Tent
- Site clean-up following construction week
- Donate food and/or tools
Volunteer Groups
Create a volunteer group with:
- Your neighbors
- Your athletic team
- Your bicycle club
- Your employees
- Your Sunday school class
- Your Women’s Club
